Key patterns
Notes: Summary cards and the settlement bubble field are computed from numeric fields in the case dataset. Bubble sizes only reflect disclosed USD civil payouts; non-USD compensation, criminal penalties, undisclosed amounts, and pending claims are excluded from the bubble sizing. Victim totals are based on reported case-level counts or compensation-program counts and remain conservative where coverage is incomplete or qualitative.
